The Start of MEDILOGIX

MEDILOGIX launched as a tech-enabled healthcare services platform, initially serving four Southeastern states, with a vision to expand nationwide.

RaaS®

Pioneered RaaS (Rental as a Service) to redefine medical equipment management and implemented its ERP system to support innovative solutions.

Rental Management

EQM Rental Management was integrated, enabling real-time data sharing and monthly rental statistics, along with streamlined rental processing, maintenance, billing, and reporting.

Harry Felber

Founder, President, & CEO 

With more than three decades of experience in a CEO role, Harry provides the company with strategic direction and day-to-day leadership. He is responsible for partnerships, joint ventures and other initiatives that drive innovation, add value, and create success for our customers, suppliers, and employees. Harry is passionate in his pursuit of developing a strong business culture within the company with clarity of purpose, vision, and mission.

Doug Suhler

COO/CIO

Doug is responsible for overseeing all facets of operations and Information Technology. He played a pivotal role in designing and developing the company’s IT infrastructure and spearheaded the successful implementation of ERP systems, mobile field service solutions, business intelligence platforms, advanced reporting tools, and customer portal applications. With over 34 years of experience in IT and operations, Doug’s expertise encompasses every dimension of these fields. Since joining Mr. Felber in 1999, he has held leadership positions across three business ventures, consistently driving innovation and operational excellence.

Kristen Brown

CFO

Kristen is a seasoned CPA with responsibility for the overall fiscal management of the company. She oversees financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, banking relationships, audit management and overall financial analysis of all aspects of the company. Kristen has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, regulatory compliance, developing accounting controls, and systems management. She has employed these strengths to manage the company’s financial strategy and help create a strong financial platform to support the company’s growth.

Alan Kopit

Executive VP & General Counsel 

Alan oversees all aspects of legal affairs including compliance, customer contracts, facility leases, employment and HR issues, licensing, litigation etc. A graduate of Tufts University and the University of Chicago Law School, Alan practiced law for more than 35 years at Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP in Cleveland, where he worked on complex business litigation and large commercial transactions for many Fortune 500 and middle market companies, and government entities throughout the United States.

Jenny Schnell

VP of Support Operations

Jenny plays a crucial role in managing support operations with a focus on purchasing, asset management, and the seamless onboarding of new customers. As the company’s Chief Compliance Officer, she is entrusted with ensuring full adherence to ACHC standards, a CMS-certified credentialing agency, across numerous physical locations nationwide. Jenny’s leadership ensures operational efficiency and regulatory compliance, strengthening the company’s commitment to excellence and customer trust.

Kevin leads Field Operations across our expansive national network and brings over 25 years of expertise in the medical equipment rental industry. His comprehensive skill set includes team leadership, supply chain optimization, inventory management, project execution, and a steadfast commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction. Renowned for his ability to build and mentor high-performing teams, Kevin drives operational excellence and ensures the delivery of seamless, top-tier service across the country.
